Payment Schedule

9. Termination

Termination by Either Party

  • Notice Period: 30 days written notice for ongoing services
  • Immediate Termination: For material breach of contract
  • Final Invoice: Due within 30 days of termination
  • Asset Transfer: Completed work delivered upon final payment

Post-Termination

  • Return of confidential information
  • Transfer of social media account access
  • Final reporting and handover documentation

10. Dispute Resolution

  2. Formal Complaint: Written complaint to senior management

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
